Meet The Founder

Deb was that nerd in high school who petitioned to avoid middle school PE!. Now, at age 56, she is moving better than ever thanks in great part to studying with several of the world's cutting edge sports trainers, physical therapists, and professional dance teachers.

Now she is taking what worked to help her avoid surgery and is helping non-professional movers apply the knowledge to many movement situations.

Deborah damaged her hips after years of overstretching and 2 years of teaching yoga 15x/week in her 20s. She is passionate about helping other people avoid making the same mistakes she did.
Once she learned that the world's best movers don't stretchor do yoga, her joyous pursuit of dozens of traditional movement forms began and has lasted almost 30 years.

She co-created the book "101 Useless and Damaging Exercises and What To Do Instead" with natural movement pioneer, Frey Faust. This book was called "outstanding" by some of the world's most famous professional sports trainers and natural medicine influencers.
She has also worked for technology companies in Silicon Valley for 25 years making technology that millions of people use today more intuitive. Her soul mission is to help people better respect, understand, and enjoy the ultimate technology- their own perfectly imperfect body.
